Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS has partnered with Dr. Allison Jordan, a nationally recognized physician with SIX board certifications to guide you through each course.


Dr. Jordan uses the Health Meets Food Curriculum from the American College of Culinary Medicine, the most comprehensive evidence-based Culinary Medicine curriculum currently in existence.

Meet Your Instructor

WHAT

Live, Virtual Cooking Classes where you will learn how food can be used to enhance mental clarity, physical wellness, and quality of life.


You will prepare healthy foods that taste delicious while receiving education and guidance from your highly accomplished instructor along the way. 

WHEN

Sunday afternoons from 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM CST (+/- 30 minutes depending on questions from the group and your cooking speed).
