STANDARD CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
Terms and Conditions for Subscription Services
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of and subscription to the Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS weekly email service (the “Service”) provided by Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS a branch of Advantage HCS LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Client Responsibilities
The Client understands and agrees to the following:

Overview of the Service
Our Service provides subscribers with weekly emails containing short, educational videos (approximately 3–5 minutes in length) along with tips and guidance on how food can be used to support overall health and wellness.

Subscription and Payment
• The subscription cost is $40 per month or $360 per year (if paying annually).
• Payment Processing
- For monthly subscribers, payments are processed on a monthly basis through our secure payment provider.
- Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to your renewal date.
- For yearly subscribers, payments are processed upon purchase of your subscription through our secure payment provider.
- Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless canceled prior to your renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Access to new content will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.

Content Use and Access
• All content, including videos, emails, text, graphics, and any other materials provided as part of the Service, is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, or publicly display any part of the content without written permission from Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS.
• Access to the Service is limited to the email address and account holder who subscribed.

Refund Policy
• Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access provided, we do not offer refunds after a subscription payment has been processed.
• You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. Access to new content will end at the conclusion of the current billing period.

• We may update these Terms or modify the content and structure of the Service at any time.
• If significant changes are made, we will notify subscribers via email.
• Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Terms and Conditions for Cooking Classes
Services Provided
Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS a branch of Advantage HCS LLC agrees to provide a virtual cooking class focused on food and nutrition(“Services”). The class will include practical guidance on preparing healthy meals and education on links between nutrition and health, based on the “Health Meets Food” program developed by The American Board of Culinary Medicine. The Services will be delivered via a virtual platform (Zoom) at the scheduled date and time.
Client Responsibilities
The Client understands and agrees to the following:
Ingredient and Equipment Preparation: The Client is responsible for purchasing their own ingredients and ensuring they have the necessary cookware, kitchen tools, and equipment to participate in the class. A list of required ingredients and tools will be provided prior to class.
Class Participation: The Client agrees to participate in class, follow the Course Instructor’s guidance, and refrain from being disruptive to other class attendees.
Access to Virtual Platform: The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the technology (desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet, or smartphone) and internet connection to access the virtual platform used for the class.

Class Recordings and Materials
The Course Instructor will provide recipes and class materials for the Client’s personal use. These materials are for educational purposes only and cannot be sold or distributed without the Course Instructor’s consent.
The Client agrees to participate in the "Plate Discussion" by sending the Course Instructor a picture of the dish created during the class.
The Course Instructor may record portions of the virtual class for internal use and promotional purposes. If the Client prefers not to be recorded, they must notify the Course Instructor prior to the beginning of class.

Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the listed amount for participation in the class and any additional processing fees. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Payments can be made via Credit Card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, or Link.

Cancellations
Cancellation by Client:
Course registrations are non-refundable.
However, if the Client cancels registration more than (seven) 7 days before the scheduled class date, the Client may request a credit that can be used toward the purchase of another class.
Frequent Cancellations: Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS reserves the right to refuse registration or withhold future class access to any individual who has a pattern of multiple cancellations. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all participants.
Cancellation by Course Instructor: If the Course Instructor is unable to deliver the class due to unforeseen circumstances, the Course Instructor will reschedule the class at a mutually agreed time or Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS will provide a full refund.

Liability and Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety while participating in the class, including following proper kitchen safety protocols, and using individually purchased equipment per the product label and guidelines.
The Client assumes full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and any outcomes resulting from the application of information discussed in this class. The Course Instructor and Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS, and Advantage HCS LLC is not liable for any adverse effect, injury, damage, loss, or complications that may arise from the use or misuse of the information provided during the class.
The Course Instructor provides information for educational purposes only. Any discussion regarding dietary or medical topics is general in nature and is not meant to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. This class is not intended to serve as a medical consultation or a shared medical appointment.
Any dietary or medical topics discussed during the class is not intended as medical advice and should not be considered a substitute for the guidance of the Client’s qualified healthcare professional. Clients are strongly encouraged to consult their qualified healthcare provider before making any significant dietary, lifestyle, or health-related changes.
Furthermore, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Course Instructor, Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS, Advantage HCS LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client’s participation in the class or any subsequent actions taken based on the content provided.

Confidentiality
The Course Instructor, Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS, and Advantage HCS LLC agree to keep all personal information of the Client confidential.
The Client agrees not to share any confidential information disclosed by the Course Instructor during the class (this includes ingredient lists, recipes, and other purchased materials).

Intellectual Property
All content provided in the class, including recipes, educational materials, and class recordings, are the intellectual property of the Course Instructor and the “Health Meets Food” program developed by The American Board of Culinary Medicine. The Client may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any of the materials without prior written consent.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing any legal action.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, USA without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.

By proceeding with this registration, you ("Client") are in agreement and intend to comply with the terms outlined in this Healthy Kitchen by Advantage HCS Client Service Agreement.
