This class features a physician-led overview of Menopause — what it is, why it happens, and what to expect.  You will also learn how to modify your nutrition intake while cooking delicious, nutrient-packed foods designed to support the body during this transition period.

Choose Your Dish...

We encourage attendees to choose one Entrée and one Side to make during this class. Remember, you will have about 60 minutes to cook.

If you are interested in a dish but it does not seem to fit your dietary preference, know that we offer ingredient substitutions that will allow you to make many of our meals work for you!

*Dietary Preferences:  DF = Dairy Free, GF = Gluten Free, NF = Nut Free, V = Vegetarian, VE = Vegan


Potential Equipment Needed: Apron, Baking sheet, Burner or Stovetop, Chef knife, Cutting board, Food processor or Blender or potato masher, Jar with a lid, Large mixing bowl, Large pot, Large sauté pan, Large skillet with lid, Measuring cups, Measuring spoons, Meat thermometer, Medium mixing bowl, Medium saucepan, Medium skillet with lid, Medium sized sauté pan or griddle, Microplane/Zester, Oven, Plate, Rubber spatula, Small bowl, Small saucepan, Spoon, Tongs, Whisk.
