In this class we focus on quick and easy meals that can be made in advance and used for lunch. Attendees will also discover how easy it is to make your own tortilla chips at home!

Choose Your Dish...

We encourage attendees to choose one Entrée and one Salad to make during this class.  Remember, you will have about 60 minutes to cook.


If you're interested in a dish but it does not seem to fit your dietary preference, know that we offer a variety of ingredient substitutions that will allow you to make many of our meals fit your dietary preference.  

* Dietary Preferences:  DF = Dairy Free, GF = Gluten Free, NF = Nut Free,  V = Vegetarian, VE = Vegan

Potential Equipment Needed:  Apron, Blender or Food processor, Burner or Stovetop, Can opener, Chef knife, Colander, Grater, Large cutting board, Measuring cups, Measuring spoons,Medium sized mixing bowls, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Rubber spatula, Small mixing bowls, Wooden spoon
