In this class we will focus on how to make the most of the first meal of the day with quick and delicious meals to get your day off to a great start!

We encourage attendees to choose Entrée(s) and/or Smoothies that can be made within the time allotted for this class.  Remember, you will have about 60 minutes to cook.


If you are interested in a dish but it does not seem to fit your dietary preference, know that we offer a variety of ingredient substitutions that will allow you to make many of our meals fit your dietary preference.  

* Dietary Preferences:  DF = Dairy Free, GF = Gluten Free, NF = Nut Free,  V = Vegetarian, VE = Vegan

Potential Equipment Needed:  Apron, Blender, Burner or Stovetop, Chef knife, Grater, Large cutting board, Measuring cups, Measuring spoons, Medium sized mixing bowls, Oven, Refrigerator, Rubber spatula, Wooden spoon, 12 ounce glasses
